Registration Packet
Completed application and course fee are due at least two weeks prior to the start of class. Classes close at 50 participants.
A $200 DEPOSIT per person is required for each week-long program. Shorter programs have $100 deposits. Please note, any cancellation after registration will result in forfeiture of at least 50% of your deposit.
If notification of cancellation is received at least two weeks prior to the first day of class you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit. If cancellation occurs within two weeks of the first day of class, you are eligible for 50% of your deposit to be trasferred one time as a credit for up to one year. Failure to notify of cancellation or you lose your position due to failure to pay the balance, will result in your full deposit being forfeited.

Payments made be made by check, money order, cash or credit card and must be in US currency.

Early Registration Deadline: Participants will be taken as long as space is available. It is highly recommended, however, that you register by the Early Registration Deadline which is one month prior to the program. An additional fee of $30 is charged for all registrations received after the Early Registration Deadline. If sufficient registration has not been received by that time, a program may be cancelled, especially if it is a program for which we must schedule flights for our staff.
